Batteries are connected to the voltage balancer using service connector. Balancer has 5 connectors for the batteries with 2 to 6 cells. Batteries can be Li-Fe, Li-Ion or Li-pol.
Voltage of each cell and the voltage across the battery (from 6.5 to 25.2 V) is displayed on the display when battery is connected. there are other symbols that indicate balancer activity on display. Balancer can be also used for receiver voltage or any other batteries (from 0.7 to 11.4 V) measuring.
Using three buttons can be set voltage at which the battery will be balanced (from 2 to 4.2 V), or the voltage at which the battery will be discharged (from 2 to 4.2 V) and type of activity (balancing, discharging).
Balancer is powered directly from connected battery, but it also has an input for an external power supply if the battery voltage would be lower than 6.5 V.
Balancer dimensions are 94 x 60 x 17 mm.
