Communication module KM1.

Basic description:

The KM1 communication module is designed to send data from the MR4316AC NG, DMR4316AC or W4320 wattmeter (hereinafter referred to as devices) to the Internet. The data set is sent from the device once per second, the averaged data is sent to the Internet once per minute. The data can be viewed within the local network in a web browser on a computer or mobile phone, or uploaded and stored on www.tmep.cz and selected data can be viewed in graphs in a web browser on a computer or mobile phone from anywhere. Storing data on the TMEP server is a chargeable service (costing in the lower hundreds of crowns per year) provided by a third party. The communication module is powered directly from the device, so it only works when the device is powered. The communication module is connected to the device via a 1:1 cable with RJ12 connectors. Data can be transmitted to the router or modem via an RJ45 cable or wirelessly over a wifi network. Operation is indicated by two LEDs. The communication module is housed in a DIN rail mounting box.
